Terms of service

By creating a vCosh account or signing in via your employer’s identity provider, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use vCosh.

vCosh is for adult workforce members of a contracting organisation (the “Customer”). You must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Use only your assigned account; never share credentials.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Comply with your employer’s acceptable-use policy.

You are responsible for the security of your sign-in credentials and the multi-factor authentication device tied to your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, sign out of all sessions in your Profile and notify your administrator immediately.

We may suspend access to an account that shows signs of compromise or that violates these terms. We will inform you of any suspension that affects you.

vCosh provides occupational-safety and wellbeing training, real-age and custom assessments, content libraries, activity-tracking integrations, a community feed, specialist consults, a rewards marketplace, and an AI assistant grounded in our certified content. The exact set of features available to you depends on your employer’s plan and the features they have enabled.

vCosh is a wellness and training service. It is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

Real-age scores, assessment results, AI assistant responses, and content recommendations are educational tools. They do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment. Speak to a licensed specialist for personal medical advice — vCosh makes specialist booking easy from inside the app.

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliation.
• Use vCosh to harass, defame, or harm any person — staff, specialists, or other users.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual-property rights or violates applicable law.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the platform’s technical interfaces.
• Attempt to bypass MFA, rate limits, content moderation, or any other security control.
• Use the AI assistant to seek medical diagnosis or treatment recommendations; the assistant will hand you off to a specialist in those cases.

You retain ownership of community posts, assessment answers, AI assistant prompts, and any other content you submit. You grant vCosh a limited licence to host, transmit, and display that content within the platform as needed to provide the service.

You are responsible for what you submit. Do not post personal health details about other people without their consent.

Points earned in vCosh have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be revoked if obtained through abuse of the system. Voucher redemptions are subject to the partner’s own terms; once a voucher code is issued it cannot be returned for a refund of points except where required by law.

Specialists you book through vCosh are independently licensed practitioners. vCosh facilitates the booking and provides the video infrastructure; the clinical content of any consult is the responsibility of the specialist. Consult notes are written by the specialist and shared with you in your bookings list.

Optional session recording requires mutual consent at the start of every session. Recordings are stored in KSA and retained per our privacy policy.

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may schedule maintenance windows; we will notify you in advance when downtime is foreseeable. See /maintenance for current status.

You may stop using vCosh at any time by signing out and requesting account deletion in your Profile. Your employer may revoke your access if your employment ends or you violate their internal policies.

We may terminate your access if you materially violate these terms or applicable law, with notice where reasonable.

To the maximum extent permitted by KSA law, vCosh is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees your employer has paid for your seat in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Riyadh, without prejudice to your statutory rights as an employee or consumer.
